If you want to get involved in Prestwich Arts Festival, you're in the right place! If you've an idea for an event, want to put on a Pocket Project, or interested in volunteering, we'd love to hear from you.
Last year we launched PAF pocket projects - a series of smaller scale creative events or activities that ran alongside our main festival programme. They included Jill Murphy's painting exhibition at The Crooked Man and Kneehigh concert for under 5s.
We're delighted to run Pocket Projects again this year and are looking for individuals or organisations with great ideas that just need a bit of support to bring to life.
Your event or activity can be digital or in person, but must be able to be run between 22-25 September 2022, relate to at least one of our key themes and be open to all. We're especially interested in activities for young people (13-19) or from our diverse communities.
We have a small amount of funding available to support Pocket Projects, so if you have an idea please complete the form below by Friday 15 July.
If you're a local professional artist, creative or business with a proposal for our main festival programme, please email PAF.email@example.com and our programming team will be in touch.
We're also always looking for new volunteers to join our fantastic team. If you're interested in general volunteering and could be the friendly face of the festival, please contact us at
firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We hold regular volunteer meet ups in the run up to the festival so look out for dates later this year.
